Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription
The Game Called Change currently offers one subscription plan: R199 per month.
Your subscription gives you access to:
- Daily practices
- Guided journeys
- Meditation library
- AI Coach conversations
- Journal tools
- All included platform features
2. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after that.
- No long-term contract is required.
4. Refunds
Because access to the platform is provided immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevent access
- Incorrect billing
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
- We may retry the payment.
- Your subscription may be paused or downgraded.
- Access to paid features may be limited until payment is successful.
6. Free Tier and Trial Access
If you are using a free version or limited-access version of the platform:
- Some features may not be available.
- Message limits may apply.
- AI Coach usage may be restricted.
- We may change or remove free features at any time.
7. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Any promotional price, coupon, or discount:
- Applies only for the stated period.
- Cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
- May expire or be withdrawn at any time.
